A run failed or stopped
What to do when an article, outline or topic run ends with an error or seems stuck.
You see an error message
Something interrupted the run. Check the points below, then send your request again.
- Signed out? If your session has expired, the run can't continue. Refresh the page; if you see the sign-in page, sign in and try again.
- Out of credits? Check Credits in the account menu (click your name at the bottom of the sidebar). See Plans and credits.
- Very long or complex request? Try a shorter brief, or split one big topic into two articles.
It seems stuck
A full article usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, and some steps, such as research, can take several minutes on their own. The status line at the bottom shows the current step and the time so far; as long as the time is moving, it is still working.
You closed the page
Closing the page or losing your connection doesn't stop an article. Open it again from History in the sidebar.
If you send a new message in the same chat while an article is still being written, you'll be asked to wait until it's done.
Still not working
Email support@quickcreator.io with the topic, the time it happened and a screenshot.
